December 2025 Rate Changes
Rate changes were processed for the following item:
Schedule 1:
Manitoba Hydro’s (MHEB) transmission rates were updated with a December 1, 2025, effective date.
The MHEB annual rate increased by 17.56%
Schedule 7:
Manitoba Hydro’s (MHEB) transmission rates were updated with a December 1, 2025, effective date.
The MHEB annual rate increased by 1.744%.
Schedule 8:
Manitoba Hydro’s (MHEB) transmission rates were updated with a December 1, 2025, effective date.
The MHEB monthly rate (Schedule 8 does not have an annual product) decreased by .298%.

Preliminary transmission (Day 1) monthly settlement files for December 2025 will be posted to the market portal by 8am January 5, 2026. The files end with _D2.txt or _D2.xlsx
Final transmission (Day 1) monthly settlement files for December 2025 will be posted to the market portal by 8am January 8, 2026. The files end with _TS0.txt or _TS0.xlsx
